Using nutritional expertise there is a great understanding of the effects of food on your health and the life-changing benefits of eating a pure, preferably organic diet. No heavily processed, pre-packed or chemical-laden produce is used, just a delicious hand-picked selection from local artisan producers.
Typical power-packed breakfast choices include overnight oats with cinnamon poached pears and raw honey; carrot, apple and nutmeg porridge or fresh fruit and vegetable juices – full of energy and goodness to set you up for the day.
Other hot choices from the menu are scrambled eggs and wild organic smoked salmon; french toast with baked plums, pommegranate seeds and lemon curd; baked eggs with spinach, mushrooms, thyme roasted tomatoes and mixed peppers or a healthy version of the traditional Irish Breakfast using local farm produce – free-range and organic when possible.
Processed salt, refined sugar or trans-fats are never added to any food preparations and menus are meticiously planned with a view to offering the best locally sourced ingredients with optimum health benefits as a priority.
